Shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni se, kur udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb me nj\u00eb autobus urban, interurban apo mjete t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb transportit publik t\u00eb licencuar, ata duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb mbuluar nga ky sigurim n\u00eb rast aksidenti.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm mbrojtjeje sociale q\u00eb garanton d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimin e pasagjer\u00ebve ose t\u00eb familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb rast humbjeje jete apo d\u00ebmtimi fizik, sipas kushteve dhe kufijve t\u00eb parashikuar nga ligji dhe kontrata e sigurimit.<\/p>\n<p>Nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi i Shoqat\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Siguruesve, \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb informohen jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij sigurimi, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat q\u00eb u lindin n\u00eb rast aksidenti. Edukimi financiar nuk lidhet vet\u00ebm me blerjen e nj\u00eb police sigurimi, por edhe me njohjen e mbrojtjes q\u00eb ligji u ofron qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb situata t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p>\n<p>Po aq e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb operator\u00ebt e transportit publik t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb detyrimet ligjore p\u00ebr pajisjen me sigurimin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb garantojn\u00eb se pasagjer\u00ebt udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet e siguris\u00eb dhe mbrojtjes financiare.<\/p>\n<p>Sigurimi nuk e shmang aksidentin, por siguron q\u00eb pasojat ekonomike t\u00eb tij t\u00eb mos r\u00ebndojn\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht mbi qytetarin dhe familjen e tij. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse ai mbetet nj\u00eb instrument thelb\u00ebsor i mbrojtjes s\u00eb interesit publik.<\/p>\n<p>Referuar LIGJIT Nr. 32\/2021 P\u00cbR SIGURIMIN E DETYRUESH\u00cbM N\u00cb SEKTORIN E TRANSPORTIT.<br \/>\nNeni 19 \u201cP\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb sigurimit dhe shuma e siguruar\u201d<br \/>\n1. Detyrimi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb sigurimit, q\u00eb rrjedh nga kontrata e sigurimit, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet nga kufijt\u00eb minimal\u00eb t\u00eb mbulimit t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e aksidentit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 rastit kur n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn e sigurimit p\u00ebrcaktohet nj\u00eb vler\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb.<br \/>\n2. Minimumi i shum\u00ebs s\u00eb siguruar p\u00ebr \u00e7do pasagjer t\u00eb mbuluar nga kontrata e sigurimit, sipas nenit 17 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji, p\u00ebrcaktohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb: a) 2 000 000 (dy milion\u00eb) lek\u00eb n\u00eb rast vdekjeje; b) 4 000 000 (kat\u00ebr milion\u00eb) lek\u00eb n\u00eb rast paaft\u00ebsie t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme p\u00ebr pun\u00eb; c) 1 000 000 (nj\u00eb milion) lek\u00eb n\u00eb rast paaft\u00ebsie t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme p\u00ebr pun\u00eb dhe trajtimet mjek\u00ebsore. 3. Ky sigurim mbulon vdekjen dhe d\u00ebmtimet trupore t\u00eb shkaktuara pasagjerit nga apo si pasoj\u00eb e: a) defekteve teknike q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb humbjen e kontrollit mbi mjetin, defekte t\u00eb cilat ndodhin jo p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb pronarit apo drejtuesit t\u00eb mjetit t\u00eb transportit urban; b) r\u00ebnies s\u00eb objekteve t\u00eb jashtme mbi mjetin motorik gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb tij, q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb stacion apo gjat\u00eb qarkullimit; c) d\u00ebmtimeve aksidentale t\u00eb shkaktuara nga grumbullime masive, akte t\u00eb dhunshme q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb motiv politik ose social, si atentate, sabotime, akte terroriste, d\u00ebmtime, zjarrv\u00ebnie t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme, ngjarje ose shp\u00ebrthime n\u00eb objektet e ndryshme q\u00eb ndodhen jasht\u00eb mjetit t\u00eb transportit publik me kusht q\u00eb ai t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs aktiv n\u00eb ato ngjarje; \u00e7) frenimit t\u00eb papritur, plasjes s\u00eb gom\u00ebs, devijimeve t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes si rezultat i nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimi apo shmangieje t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme t\u00eb detyruar q\u00eb \u00e7on deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysjen e mjetit t\u00eb transportit publik; 9 d) shp\u00ebrthimit q\u00eb ndodh jasht\u00eb mjetit t\u00eb transportit publik; dh) \u00e7do ngjarjeje tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ndodh jo p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb drejtuesit\/pronarit t\u00eb mjetit t\u00eb transportit publik dhe nuk mbulohet nga sigurimi i detyruesh\u00ebm i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb pronarit t\u00eb mjetit. 4.
