Elda Rata (Cenalia), our fellow compatriot based in Keller, Texas, is running for City Council.<\/p>\n
She is one of the many inspiring women from the Albanian diaspora who continues to represent our community with dignity and purpose in the United States.<\/p>\n
Over the years, Elda has made a consistent impact in the communities where she has lived especially by helping fellow Albanians in the U.S. navigate legal systems and immigration processes.<\/p>\n
She has also played an important role in building bridges between the city of Kuk\u00ebs and communities in the United States, strengthening connections and collaboration. In one of these cities, the Albanian flag is proudly raised every November 28th in honor of Albania\u2019s Independence Day.<\/p>\n
Through the businesses she has built, Elda has become an influential voice in her local community, contributing directly to economic growth and development.<\/p>\n
Today, she is running for Keller City Council in Texas.<\/p>\n
