Rafineria e vetme n\u00eb v\u00ebnd q\u00eb prodhonte karburant, rafineria e Ballshit , u privatizua n\u00eb 2008 nga qeveria Berisha dhe u zhduk n\u00eb 2019 nga qeverisja Rama. E gjitha kjo p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasuruar disa oligark\u00eb q\u00eb pas tyre jan\u00eb politikan\u00eb , e gjitha kjo n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb popullit p\u00ebr t\u00eb varf\u00ebruar at\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p> N\u00ebse do duam \u00e7mim m\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb , ekonomi m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe zhvillim t\u00eb shum\u00eb degeve t\u00eb ekonomis , duhen zhb\u00ebre reformat dhe ligjet mbi menaxhimin e naft\u00eb brut dhe karburanteve.<\/p>\n<p>Sot \u00e7mimi n\u00eb burs\u00eb i nj\u00eb fu\u00e7ie naft\u00eb v\u00ebrtitet n\u00eb 100 $ fu\u00e7ia dhe n\u00eb karburantet tona n\u00eb 2 mij lek \/ litri .
