DEKLARATE MBI AMNISTINE FISKALE \/ STATEMENT ABOUT FISCAL AMNESTY <\/p>\n
Dhoma Amerikane e Tregtis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri shpreh shqet\u00ebsimin e saj mbi projektligjin e amnistis\u00eb fiskale, q\u00eb ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e konsultimit publik, n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment sensitiv t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb BE. Vler\u00ebsimi jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se projektligji nuk ofron garanci t\u00eb mjaftueshme q\u00eb individ\u00ebt e implikuar n\u00eb veprimtari kriminale do t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohen nga amnistia. N\u00ebse miratohet, legjislacioni do t\u00eb minonte p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar klim\u00ebn e biznesit dhe investimeve, duke shp\u00ebrblyer konkurrenc\u00ebn e pandershme. Ne gjithashtu vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb se pozita e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb programet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb monitorimit mbi pastrimin e parave do t\u00eb rrezikohej dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb reputacioni i vendit do t\u00eb dob\u00ebsohej. <\/p>\n
Si konkluzion, Dhoma Amerikane e Tregtis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri shprehet se rreziqet e projektligjit t\u00eb ri tejkalojn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm p\u00ebrfitimet e tij dhe rekomandon t\u00ebrheqjen e k\u00ebsaj nisme. <\/p>\n

The American Chamber of Commerce in Albania expresses its concerns about the draft law on fiscal amnesty, during this sensitive moment of Albania\u2019s accession into EU.\u00a0 The draft law does not provide sufficient guarantees that individuals implicated in criminal activities, would be excluded.\u00a0 If passed, the legislation would undermine efforts to improve the business and investment climate, by rewarding unfair competition.\u00a0 We estimate that Albania\u2019s standing in international monitoring programs related to money laundering would be jeopardized and country\u2019s reputation would weaken as a result.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
As a conclusion, AmCham in Albania believes that the risks of the new draft law significantly outweigh its benefits and recommends the initiative is withdrawn.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n
