Aty ku ligji nuk mbrohet nga parimi, por nga urdhri. Aty ku demokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb skenografi, nd\u00ebrsa censura \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebnda e par\u00eb. Por k\u00ebtu, Shqip\u00ebria nuk po shkruan nj\u00eb roman, por nj\u00eb manual p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshtrim. Ajo po shpik nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb re p\u00ebr t\u00eb trembur njeriun; njeriun q\u00eb mendon, q\u00eb pyet, q\u00eb reagon. Dhe n\u00ebse ky Kod kalon si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm protesta q\u00eb do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb burg, por edhe vet\u00eb mendimi si akt. Dhe kur heshtja shitet si virtyt, at\u00ebher\u00eb fjal\u00ebn duhet ta ruajm\u00eb si aktin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb mosbindjes morale.
