Shoq\u00ebria e par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 2022. <\/p>\n<p>Ajo zot\u00ebrohet nga pronarja e Top Channel, Lorena Hoxha. Nd\u00ebrsa kompania tjet\u00ebr, EB Construction, zot\u00ebrohet nga Ilir Bregasi, djali i biznesmenit Luan Bregasi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb prill t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, rreth 1 muaj para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme parlamentare, projekti Anima mori statusin e Investimit Strategjik nga Komiteti i Investimeve Strategjike q\u00eb drejton kryeministri Edi Rama.<\/p>\n<p>Pas marrjes s\u00eb statusit, KKTU ka miratuar me urgjenc\u00eb lejen e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb projektit, i cili parashikon nd\u00ebrtimin e disa kullave n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Parkut t\u00eb Liqenit.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas dokumentit p\u00ebr statustin e Investimit Strategjik, projekti Anima \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar nga studio nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe parashikon nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb kompleksi me funksion t\u00eb p\u00ebrzier si hotel, rezidencial, godina banimi dhe sh\u00ebrbimesh.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVlera e investimit t\u00eb projektit t\u00eb investimit \u201cANIMA\u201d i plot\u00ebson kriteret e parashikuara nga legjislacioni p\u00ebr investimet strategjike dhe parashikohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb rreth 55.6 milion Euro,\u201d thuhet n\u00eb dokumentin e dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb statusit.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Komitetit t\u00eb Investimeve Strategjike, toka mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nd\u00ebrtohet kompleksi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi private dhe investitor\u00ebt kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga shteti vet\u00ebm asistimin me procedur\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar.\/kapitali.al\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb parkut t\u00eb Liqenit Artificial, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Skerdilajd Llagami, do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nj\u00eb kompleks i madh me 3 kulla me funksione t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera, banim, hoteleri dhe sh\u00ebrbimesh.
