N\u00eb diskutimin e b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Byron\u00eb Politike (si i ftuar), t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 1.6.1990 z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme Zylyftar Ramizi ngriti problemin e asgj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb dosjeve q\u00eb ndodheshin n\u00eb kartotekat e deg\u00ebve t\u00eb pun\u00ebve t\u00eb brendshme n\u00eb rrethe. Kartotekat ishin nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb specializuara arkivash n\u00eb veprim (me koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar ruajtjeje t\u00eb dosjeve), t\u00eb cilat mbanin dosjet e bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb raportuarve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb. Ashtu u b\u00eb. U zhduk\u00ebn dosjet e k\u00ebshillimeve, t\u00eb cilat ishin unikale dhe me shum\u00eb vler\u00eb historike. \nNe mendojm\u00eb q\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb udh\u00ebzim, t\u00eb hiqen t\u00eb gjitha emrat e personave q\u00eb jan\u00eb k\u00ebshilluar. Bashk\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb asgj\u00ebsohen t\u00eb gjitha dosjet e personave q\u00eb jan\u00eb k\u00ebshilluar p\u00ebr 45 vjet, me t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb mbushur t\u00eb gjitha magazinat. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb udh\u00ebzim mendojm\u00eb gjithashtu t\u00eb heqim nga kartotekat tona materialet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb personat q\u00eb kemi n\u00eb p\u00ebrpunim p\u00ebr agjitacion e propagand\u00eb, q\u00eb me ligjin e ri, nuk quhet m\u00eb si i till\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb atyre personave q\u00eb kan\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb e kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb armiq\u00ebsore. Po ta lirojm\u00eb kartotek\u00ebn nga t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, duke i asgj\u00ebsuar komplet, kam mendimin q\u00eb i b\u00ebjm\u00eb mir\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb partis\u00eb dhe popullit\u201d.<\/p>\n
