N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment kritik, Zogu d\u00ebshmoi vendosm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe autoritetin e tij, duke deklaruar prerazi se \u201c Un\u00eb njoh vet\u00ebm vendimet e Kongresit t\u00eb Lushnjes\u201d<br \/>\nPas hyrjes n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb, Zogu nd\u00ebrmori hapa p\u00ebr t\u00eb konsoliduar administrat\u00ebn lokale, duke em\u00ebruar n\u00ebnprefektin dhe zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrball\u00eb vendosm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tij, qeveria e Durr\u00ebsit, e cila kishte k\u00ebrkuar me \u00e7do m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pengonte zbatimin e vendimeve t\u00eb Kongresit, kaloi nga k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr kompromis.
