Gjykata Administrative ka marr\u00eb sot vendimin n\u00eb lidhje me ankimimin e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike mbi d\u00ebnimin nga K\u00ebshilli i Etik\u00ebs p\u00ebr periudha t\u00eb ndryshme kohore, q\u00eb variojn\u00eb nga 40 deri n\u00eb 60 dit\u00eb.
\nAdministrativja shfuqizoi masat disiplinore, nd\u00ebrsa vendimi u dha me ekzekutim t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm, pra aplikohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb.
\nM\u00ebsohet se p\u00ebr deputet\u00ebt Gazment Bardhi, Flamur Noka dhe Bledion Nallbati, \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur shfuqizim i pjessh\u00ebm duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi p\u00ebrjashtimin me vet\u00ebm 10 dit\u00eb, pra nga data 3 deri me 13 tetor; nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr deputet\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi p\u00ebrjashtimi me 5 dit\u00eb nga data 3 deri m\u00eb dat\u00eb 8 tetor.
\nNd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ka ardhur edhe reagimi nga Grupi Parlamentar i PD.
\n\u201cGjykata Administrative ka shfuqizuar vendimin e Elisa Spiropalit, e cila n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe rregullores se kuvendit p\u00ebrjashtoi opozit\u00ebn nga Kuvendi. Vendimi u dha me ekzekutim te p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm, pra aplikohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb vendim.<\/p>\n
