Enri Jahja. tha p\u00ebr Monitor se krahasuar me vjet, konsumi n\u00eb bare dhe restorante \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur mesatarisht 20%. Arsyet kryesore t\u00eb reduktimit t\u00eb konsumit, sipas tij, mbeten largimi i vendasve jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb sezonin turistik dhe ardhja n\u00eb vend e turist\u00ebve \u201clow cost\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cR\u00ebnia e konsumit n\u00eb bare dhe restorante \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb gjith\u00eb zonat turistike. Kjo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shpopullimit t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb dhe shtimit t\u00eb linjave ajrore low cost q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb sjellin turist\u00eb t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb A\u201d, pohon ai.<\/p>\n<p>Teksa ka nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb konsumit n\u00eb bare dhe restorante, po t\u2019u referohemi pijeve alkoolike dhe ver\u00ebrave, shitjet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb prodhimit vendas jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb segmentin e supermarkteve, sesa n\u00eb HoReCa (Hotele-Restorante dhe Katering).<\/p>\n<p>Por pavar\u00ebsisht se po shitet m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00eb supermarkete prodhuesit vendas t\u00eb pijeve alkoolike dhe ver\u00ebs pohojn\u00eb se krahasuar me vjet k\u00ebrkesa \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnie.<\/p>\n<p>Denis Zhilla, drejtori i shitjeve t\u00eb nj\u00eb prej kantinave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb pijeve n\u00eb vend \u201cGjergj Kastrioti Sk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d, tha p\u00ebr Monitor se krahasuar me vjet, shitjet kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb 10%.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSezoni turistike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb si vitin e kaluar. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb ka r\u00ebnie shitjesh 10% n\u00eb raport me vjet\u201d, n\u00ebnvizon ai. Zhilla pohon se nga totali i shitjeve 70% e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb segmentin e marketeve dhe 30% e pijeve dhe ver\u00ebs shitet n\u00eb segmentin HoReCa.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb sezonit turistik t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar shitjet e kantin\u00ebs \u201cSk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d ishin 30% m\u00eb t\u00eb larta se viti 2022, nga rritja e turist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00ebnie \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar edhe te importet e grupit \u201cPijet, alkoolet dhe uthullat\u201d. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb INSTAT p\u00ebr muajt janar-qershor 2024 u importuan 86,4 mln litra pije alkoolike dhe uthulla. Krahasuar me vjet importet ran\u00eb 1%.<\/p>\n<p>Sivjet sipas drejtorit t\u00eb shitjeve Denis Zhilla te r\u00ebnia e konsumit t\u00eb prodhimit vendas ka ndikuar rritja e \u00e7mimeve n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sektor\u00ebt e ekonomis\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb sezonit turistik.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb zonat bregdetare t\u00eb jugut k\u00ebt\u00eb sezon turistik p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shtrenjtimit t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve te strukturat akomoduese (p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb hotelet, apartamentet dhe vilat) deri n\u00eb 30% krahasuar me vjet, rritje deri 15% t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve ka pasur edhe n\u00eb bare dhe restorante. Shtrenjtimi i \u00e7mimeve ndikoi te konsumi, duke e ulur at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Bareve dhe Restoranteve Enri Jahja thot\u00eb se shtrenjtimi i \u00e7mimeve u ndikua nga nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb faktor\u00ebsh, si: nga r\u00ebnia e euros, rritja e pagave t\u00eb stafit mbi 40% krahasuar me vjet, nga rritja e shpenzimeve deri 30% e qirave p\u00ebr akomodimin e kamerier\u00ebve apo kuzhinier\u00ebve t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar si sezonal, si dhe rritja e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb para deri 30%.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe vjet n\u00eb bare dhe restorante \u00e7mimet u rrit\u00ebn deri 17%, nd\u00ebrsa konsumi n\u00eb muajt e ver\u00ebs u shtua 30% krahasuar me 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Jahja parashikon se kjo situat\u00eb do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb falimentimin dhe mbylljen e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb bareve dhe restoranteve m\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb muajt e ver\u00ebs 2023, konsumi n\u00eb bare dhe restorante u rrit 20% krahasuar me 2022 nga fluksi i lart\u00eb i turist\u00ebve sipas Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Bareve dhe Restoranteve. Tendenca r\u00ebn\u00ebse e konsumit u rikthye pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb sezonit turistik.
