23-vje\u00e7ari u kap n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa 19-vje\u00e7ari u kap n\u00eb Sh\u00ebngjin, teksa posedonin me q\u00ebllim shitjen, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb sasi l\u00ebnde narkotike kokain\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb sasi l\u00ebnde narkotike cannabis sativa, t\u00eb ndara n\u00eb doza.<\/p>\n
