Sot njihen mbi 150 lloje t\u00eb ndryshme \u00e7aji t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapura n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit. Varietetet e p\u00ebrdorura dhe produktive jan\u00eb tre ku b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb  Sideritis syriaca, Sideritis raeseri dhe Sideritis scardica . Lloji m\u00eb i njohur \u00ebsht\u00eb Sideritis syriaca. Habitati i tij m\u00eb cil\u00ebsor gjendet n\u00eb tokat shk\u00ebmbore mbi 1000 metra mbi nivelin e detit. Ai formon nj\u00eb shkurre me lule t\u00eb verdha q\u00eb lul\u00ebzojn\u00eb midis muajve maj dhe korrik. Nga lulet e tij p\u00ebrftohet mjalti i shk\u00eblqyer, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb produkt i rrall\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive n\u00eb shtrimin e koshereve n\u00eb toka t\u00eb pjerr\u00ebta dhe t\u00eb paarritshme.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsit bioaktiv\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7ajit t\u00eb malit.<br \/>\nPjesa e p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb mjek\u00ebsin\u00eb tradicionale \u00ebsht\u00eb maja e lul\u00ebzuar e \u00e7ajit t\u00eb malit, e cila p\u00ebrmban edhe komponimet kimike m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme aktive, si: terpenet, flavonoidet, vajrat esenciale, iridoidet, kumarinat, lignanet, aglikonet , sterolet, etj.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb teina?<br \/>\nAshtu sikurse kafeina dhe alkaloide t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit grup, edhe teina \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb stimulues i fuqish\u00ebm q\u00eb vepron n\u00eb nivelet nervore dhe muskulare, duke reduktuar ndjenj\u00ebn e lodhjes gjat\u00eb aktivitetit fizik dhe p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb zgjatura.
