Por nd\u00ebrsa vegjetarian\u00ebt kryesisht p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm mishin, vegan\u00ebt ndjekin nj\u00eb diet\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb kufizuese duke p\u00ebrjashtuar t\u00eb gjitha produktet shtazore si dhe t\u00eb gjitha ushqimet me baz\u00eb shtazore si qum\u00ebshti, vez\u00ebt dhe mjalti.<\/p>\n<p>Meq\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme diet\u00ebs vegane  dhe asaj  vegjetariane po i b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb propagand\u00eb e madhe, ndoshta ia vlen q\u00eb \u00e7do konsumator para se t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb nj\u00eb diet\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb,  t\u00eb njoh\u00eb  p\u00ebrmbledhtazi efektet  e saj sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb mirat e veganizmit:<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb diet\u00eb vegane mund t&#8217;i ndihmoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb humbin pesh\u00eb, por sikurse edhe nj\u00eb diet\u00eb vegjetariane,  ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur me nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb reduktuar t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs dhe  kancerit t\u00eb  zorr\u00ebs s\u00eb trash\u00eb dhe gjirit.<\/p>\n<p>Studimet e  fundit mbi efektet e nj\u00eb diete vegane te njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb diabetit t\u00eb tipit 2, kan\u00eb treguar se nj\u00eb diet\u00eb me baz\u00eb bimore mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb kontrollin e niveleve t\u00eb glukoz\u00ebs n\u00eb gjak.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse dietat vegane  mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pasura me hekur,  duhet t\u00eb dihet se forma bimore e hekurit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aq &#8220;e disponueshme&#8221; sa hekuri n\u00eb mish, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se trupi nuk e p\u00ebrthith at\u00eb me aq efikasitet sa hekuri q\u00eb gjendet tek kafsh\u00ebt. Megjithat\u00eb, kjo marrje mund t\u00eb rritet duke kombinuar hekurin me baz\u00eb bimore me ushqime t\u00eb pasura me vitamin\u00eb C, si me portokalle, domate dhe speca, sepse vitamina C ndihmon trupin t\u00eb p\u00ebrthith\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb hekurin.<\/p>\n<p>Efektet negative:<\/p>\n<p>Veganizmi nuk garanton automatikisht sh\u00ebndet t\u00eb mir\u00eb.  Dikush q\u00eb praktikon nj\u00eb diet\u00eb vegane mund t\u00eb haj\u00eb patate t\u00eb skuqura n\u00eb \u00e7do vakt ,  por ai nuk do t&#8217;i b\u00ebj\u00eb  ndonj\u00eb favor t\u00eb madh trupit t\u00eb vet. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme s\u00eb bashku me rritjen e veganizmit ka ardhur edhe  nj\u00eb rritje e ushqimeve t\u00eb gatshme vegane , t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb krip\u00eb, sheqer dhe yndyr\u00eb shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar shijen. Ushqimet e p\u00ebrpunuara zakonisht p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb yndyrna t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara  dhe p\u00ebrzierje substancash, t\u00eb cilat  mund t\u00eb d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb bakteret e dobishme t\u00eb zorr\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Dietat vegane t\u00eb planifikuara keq mund t\u00eb mos ofrojn\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm niacin\u00eb, riboflavin\u00eb (vitamin\u00eb B2), vitamin\u00eb D, kalcium, jod, selen ose zink, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr ruajtjen e sh\u00ebndetit t\u00eb mir\u00eb . <\/p>\n<p>Vegan\u00ebt mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr t&#8217;u b\u00ebr\u00eb anemik\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb vitamin\u00ebs B12 dhe omega-3, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb lodhje dhe paaft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t&#8217;u p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht te t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Ekziston nj\u00eb lidhje midis veganizmit dhe densitetit m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb kockave , gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb shtuar t\u00eb frakturave.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse dikush  d\u00ebshiron  t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb ushqimin e zakonsh\u00ebm, por nuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vegan, at\u00ebhere  dieta mesdhetare, e cila renditet si nj\u00eb nga dietat m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshmet n\u00eb bot\u00eb me perime, fruta, fasule, thjerr\u00ebza, arra, vaj ulliri, buk\u00eb integrale, oriz kaf dhe peshk. Kjo diet\u00eb nuk e eliminon mishin, por e kufizon marrjen e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ndjekja e nj\u00eb diete mesdhetare lidhet me nj\u00eb sh\u00ebndet t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, e cila mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtjen kund\u00ebr s\u00ebmundjeve kardiovaskulare, diabetit, hipertensionit dhe obezitetit, n\u00eb reduktimin e rrezikut t\u00eb disa llojeve t\u00eb kancerit dhe depresionit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb qenit vegan nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra e vetme p\u00ebr t&#8217;u ndjer\u00eb mir\u00eb, prandaj askush nuk duhet  t\u00eb fiksohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb ushqyeri, por  \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb  t\u00eb konsumoj\u00eb nj\u00eb diet\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme dhe t\u00eb larmishme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do konsumator duhet t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dij\u00eb  se \u00e7far\u00eb ushqimi  ha p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nj\u00eb konsum t\u00eb ekuilibruar me sasit\u00eb e duhura t\u00eb proteinave, karbohidrateve, yndyrave, vitaminave dhe krip\u00ebrave minerale, sepse  problemet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore jan\u00eb ngusht\u00ebsisht t\u00eb lidhura me diet\u00ebn ushqimore q\u00eb ai p\u00ebrdor.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, kushdo q\u00eb mendon t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vegan, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mang\u00ebsit\u00eb e mundshme dietike. <\/p>\n<p>Si konkluzion mund t\u00eb thuhet se veganizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jetese dhe jo thjesht nj\u00eb diet\u00eb, prandaj edhe  kalimi n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vegane t\u00eb t\u00eb ushqyerit k\u00ebrkon angazhim dhe planifikim afatgjat\u00eb.
