Toleranca dhe bashk\u00ebjetesa e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb besimeve t\u00eb ndryshme \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e tanishme edhe nga drejtues t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb feve, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i Papa Gjon Pali II, n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb prillit 1993 dhe papa Franceskut, n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn e shtatorit 2014, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt theksuan se harmonia fetare shqiptare sh\u00ebrben si nj\u00eb shembull p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb opinionin fetar bot\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, p\u00ebr toleranc\u00eb e bashk\u00ebjetes\u00eb fetare jan\u00eb shquar e shquhen banor\u00ebt e Elbasanit dhe t\u00eb trevave p\u00ebrreth. Pa r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pozitat e determinizmit gjeografik, \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt q\u00eb Elbasani dhe trevat e tij ndodhen n\u00eb mesin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, atje ku kryq\u00ebzohen arteriet kryesore t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve nga per\u00ebndimi n\u00eb lindje e nga veriu n\u00eb jug, e bashk\u00eb me to edhe kulturat, idet\u00eb e besimet e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. <\/p>\n<p>Ky pozicion i mes\u00ebm gjeografik p\u00ebrkon edhe me natyr\u00ebn dhe karakterin e elbasanasve. Nuk ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb \u00e7do besimi apo feje, ashtu si edhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb etnive dhe komuniteve t\u00eb ndryshme etnokulturore, t\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb vendosur gjat\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb koh\u00ebs n\u00eb Elbasan. K\u00ebtu ata gjet\u00ebn nj\u00eb terren e ambient t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb banor\u00ebve vendas, mbi t\u00eb gjitha but\u00ebsin\u00eb, mikpritjen dhe bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn pa probleme, madje t\u00eb ngroht\u00eb e bashk\u00ebpunuese.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Elbasan e trevat p\u00ebrreth gjenden besimtar\u00eb apo banor\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare pothuaj t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha feve q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. N\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e historis\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nga fillimet e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare (shek XIX) e k\u00ebtej, n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes feve t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet e trevat p\u00ebrreth, spikat\u00ebn vlera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, ku m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja \u00ebsht\u00eb arritja e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebjetesa e feve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ashtu si toleranca, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb objekt diskutimi mes studiuesve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Q\u00eb nga Rilindja Komb\u00ebtare, kur fjal\u00ebt lapidar t\u00eb Pashko Vas\u00ebs, apo Vaso Pash\u00ebs, se feja e shqiptarit \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptaria, n\u00eb k\u00ebto diskutime jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe studiues t\u00eb huaj. K\u00ebshtu, njeri prej tyre, italiani Roberto M. dela Roka, shpjegon se thelbi i nacionalizmit del n\u00eb drit\u00eb si identitet par\u00ebsor i \u00e7do shqiptari, pavar\u00ebsisht nga besimi fetar.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebjetesa dhe toleranca n\u00eb Elbasan, e shfaqur q\u00eb her\u00ebt, gjat\u00eb Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare, \u00e7oi n\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb mes p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00ebbesimeve t\u00ebndryshme, si n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e armatosur antiosmane, ashtu edhe luft\u00ebn me pen\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkrimin e m\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe.<\/p>\n<p>Populli dhe patriot\u00ebt e Elbasanit dhe t\u00eb trevave p\u00ebrreth kan\u00eb gjetur gjuh\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpunimit mes tyre p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb p\u00ebrparimit, t\u00eb liris\u00eb e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit, pavar\u00ebsisht nga besimi fetar q\u00eb ata i p\u00ebrkisnin. <\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb shekullit XX, n\u00ebn gjurm\u00ebt e Dhaskal Todrit, dhe Kristoforidhit, ec\u00ebn p\u00ebrkrah nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe shkoll\u00ebn shqipe, me dhjetra atdhetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsive t\u00eb ndryshme fetare, deri n\u00eb shpalljen e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<br \/>\nGjat\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XIX dhe fillimit t\u00eb shekullit XX, para se t\u00eb hapej shkolla e par\u00eb shqipe legale, n\u00eb Elbasan dhe n\u00eb Shpat vihet re m\u00ebsimi i shqipes n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb klandestine apo sh\u00ebtit\u00ebse, bazuar n\u00eb abetaren e Kristoforidhit. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsuesit e par\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe u rreshtuan p\u00ebr krah nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, pavar\u00ebsisht nga p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia fetare, ortodoks\u00eb, musliman\u00eb apo bektashinj. P\u00ebrmendim mes tyre Mu\u00e7 Shqiptarin, Tush Pin\u00ebn, Hasan e Fetah Cek\u00ebn, Mahmut Hastopallin, Gor Lek\u00ebn, Ali \u00c7iften, Sheh Hysen Sulov\u00ebn, Pet\u00ebr Papamihalin, Hasan Gracenin, Emin e Qazim Matraxhiun, Tush Xhanin, Dije Tellallin, Hasan Bebetin, Damjan Borodanin, Vasil Llapushin e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Patriot\u00ebt elbasanas, pavar\u00ebsisht nga p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia fetare, gjykonin se pavar\u00ebsia e feve i sh\u00ebrben edhe pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Prandaj, besimtar\u00ebt e feve t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb nga gjysma e dyt\u00eb e shekullit XIX, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsit\u00eb e feve dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u shk\u00ebputur nga qendrat jasht\u00eb vendit, sidomos nga Patrikana greke e Stambollit. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim rastin e figurave t\u00eb njohura muslimane apo bektashiane q\u00eb i dol\u00ebn n\u00eb krah At Germanos (Papa Jorgji Theohari), n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr kish\u00ebn unite, si Dervish Bej Bi\u00e7aku, Ismail bej V\u00ebrlaci, Aqif Pash\u00eb Elbasani, etj. M\u00eb pas do t\u00eb shohim se figura t\u00eb njohura muslimane dhe bektashiane do t\u00ebmb\u00ebshtetin p\u00ebrpjekjet e At Visarion Xhuvanit p\u00ebr autoqefalin\u00eb e kish\u00ebs ortodokse.Pra k\u00ebto l\u00ebvizje nuk ishin vet\u00ebm l\u00ebvizje fetare por edhe patriotike.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej, n\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00ebk\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb shpatarak\u00ebve p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn shqipe dhe kish\u00ebn unite n\u00ebnshkruan jo vet\u00ebm besimtar\u00eb ortodoks\u00eb, por edhe mjaft krer\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes patriotike dhe intelektual\u00eb me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi fetare muslimane apo bektashiane.<br \/>\nN\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebrkese, n\u00ebshtator t\u00eb vitit 1900, Papa Jorgji (At\u00eb Germanos), i shoq\u00ebruar nga dom Nikoll Ka\u00e7orri si dhe njer\u00ebz besnik\u00eb t\u00eb feudalit elbasanas jo i krishter\u00eb, Dervish Beut, b\u00ebn nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb te Papa i Rom\u00ebs. Pas nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi afro nj\u00eb muaj k\u00ebtu, Papa Jorgji mori premtimin nga Ati i Shenjt\u00eb p\u00ebr ngritjen e nj\u00eb shkolle shqipe, nd\u00ebrtimin e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb krishter\u00eb katolike n\u00eb Elbasan, si dhe d\u00ebrgimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb rinj, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u shkolluar n\u00eb qendrat e njohura arsimore fetare e laike t\u00eb Vjen\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit mes figurave atdhetare me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme fetare na e jep LefNosi. Lefi u dallua si kund\u00ebrshtar i hapur i ortodoksis\u00eb greke, gjithashtu ai arriti t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb me sukses n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen komb\u00ebtare me figura elbasanase t\u00eb lagjes Kala t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare muhamedane, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht me Dervish Bej Bi\u00e7akun dhe Aqif pash\u00eb Bi\u00e7akun, duke d\u00ebshmuar k\u00ebshtu shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb spikatur t\u00eb harmonis\u00eb nd\u00ebrfetare.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje madhore t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare Lef Nosi bashk\u00ebpunoi, pa asnj\u00eb paragjykim, edhe me figura t\u00eb njohura atdhetarejo t\u00eb krishtere jasht\u00eb Elbasanit. K\u00ebshtu ai, bashk\u00eb me Faik Konic\u00ebn, ishin nd\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebt veprimtar\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb hodh\u00ebn iden\u00eb p\u00ebr qeverisjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si nj\u00eb shtet i pavarur.<br \/>\nK\u00ebt\u00eb ide e shfaqin q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1907, kur ishin me q\u00ebndrim n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb qart\u00eb dokumenta t\u00eb AQSH Fondi 32 d. 6, f.1-4, viti 1907. Sipas k\u00ebtyre dokumentave Lef Nosi, bashk\u00eb me Faik Konic\u00ebn dhe Mikele Parkan, jan\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs politike AnaKombtare e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (The National Albanian Party),e themeluar n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr m\u00eb 4 tetor 1907, e cila ka programin e saj t\u00eb qart\u00eb prej 24 pikash, ku s\u00ebpari, k\u00ebrkohej nj\u00eb shtet i pavarur shqiptar sipas modeleve t\u00eb monarkive t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuara europiane, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb Anglis\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p> Kongresi mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar i Elbasanit, i mbajtur n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1909, d\u00ebshmon p\u00ebr nj\u00eb frym\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi nd\u00ebrfetar, par\u00eb q\u00eb nga pjes\u00ebmarrja e delegat\u00ebveve, k\u00ebshtu, delegat\u00ebt e Elbasanit, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin qytetin e tyre apo qytete t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb vendit ishin: Emin Haxhiadem Shijaku, Taq Buda, Dervish Bicaku, Qamil Haxhifeza, Simon Shuteriqi, Josif Haxhimima, <\/p>\n<p>Qemal Karaosmani, Ibrahim Dalliu, Ahmet Dakli. Po k\u00ebshtu, m\u00ebsuesit e par\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs Normale q\u00eb u hap n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb po k\u00ebtij viti, vinin nga p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme fetare, madje m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 musliman\u00eb dhe ortodoks\u00eb, jan\u00eb edhe me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi fetare katolike. Nd\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmendim: Luigj Gurakuqi, Aleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani, Simon Shuteriqi, Hasan Mezja, Haf\u00ebz Ibrahim Dalliu, Pet\u00ebr Dodbiba, Sotir Peci, Dhimit\u00ebr Paparisto, Hysen Blloshmi. Po k\u00ebshtu, me p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje muslimane, ortodokse e katolike ishin edhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e k\u00ebsaj shkolle.<\/p>\n<p>I vendosur n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e afabetit latin t\u00eb miratuar n\u00eb Kongresin e Manastirit, populli i Elbasanit organizoi mitingun madh\u00ebshtor, m\u00eb 18 shkurt 1910, n\u00eb sheshin e Namazgjas\u00eb, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e 7000 qytetar\u00ebve e fshatar\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhur nga Shpati dhe nga katunde t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Elbasanit, kund\u00ebr vendimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb osman\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb shkollat shqipe vet\u00ebm alfabetin arab. <\/p>\n<p>Ky demostrim, sikurse edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb vendit, gjeti mb\u00ebshtetjen e rretheve patriotike brenda e jasht\u00eb kufijve. Shtypi i koh\u00ebs do t\u00eb shkruante p\u00ebr mitingun e Elbasanitse k\u00ebtu u mblodh\u00ebn musliman\u00eb e t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Lef Nosit, Mu\u00e7 Shqiptarit, Beqir Plangaric\u00ebs e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb\u201c\u2026q\u00eb pat\u00ebn m\u00ebndjen e bukur\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7faqin mentimin qi duhet bamun nji miting prej komb\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtush\u00ebm\u2026 q\u00eb t\u00eb protestohet kund\u00ebr mentimit t\u00eb paarsyesh\u00ebm t\u00eb shkruhet shqypia me shkronjat arabishte \u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb qershorit t\u00eb 1912-\u00ebs n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e patriotit elbasanas, Ali Agjahut, n\u00ebn kryesimin e Aqif Pash\u00eb Bi\u00e7ak\u00e7iut, u zhvillua mbledhja q\u00eb vendosi shp\u00ebrthimin e kryengritjes n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e Elbasanit, n\u00eb kuadrin e Kryengritjes s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme antiosmane.<br \/>\nPo n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbledhje u ngrit edhe Komiteti Revolucionar, ku, krahas musliman\u00ebve b\u00ebnte pjes\u00eb edhe Lef Nosi dhe ortodoks\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb elbasanas si dhe nga Shpati. Ky komitet mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr detyr\u00ebn e organizimit dhe shp\u00ebrthimit t\u00eb kryengritjes n\u00eb prefektur\u00ebn e Elbasanit.<br \/>\nNd\u00ebrkaq, besimi i madh q\u00eb kishte Aqif Pash\u00eb Elbasani te Lef Nosi, si aktivist i vyer n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes komb\u00ebtare, i mund\u00ebsoi atij, bashk\u00eb me Shefqet Daiun, Qemal Karaosmanin e Dervish Bi\u00e7akun, zgjedhjen si delegat\u00eb t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs s\u00eb Elbasanit p\u00ebr n\u00eb Kuvendin e Vlor\u00ebs, t\u00eb 28 n\u00ebntorit t\u00eb vitit 1912. <\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa vet Aqif Pasha, i qet\u00eb se n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb mes t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtori i tij, Lefi, q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb Elbasan p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me ushtrit\u00eb serbe q\u00eb po p\u00ebrparonin p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkumbinit.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebpunimi i ngusht\u00eb mes patriot\u00ebve e veprimtar\u00ebve elbasanas me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme fetare u finalizua n\u00eb 25 N\u00ebntor 1912, ku populli i Elbasanit, musliman\u00eb e t\u00eb krishter\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebn nism\u00ebn e platform\u00ebn e re politike t\u00eb Ismail Qemalit, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb ky qytet t\u00eb ishte i pari n\u00eb vend q\u00eb shpalli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh list\u00ebn e firm\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij akti, v\u00ebren se nga 35 firm\u00ebtar\u00eb 25 jan\u00eb t\u00eb besimit musliman apo bektashian dhe 10 t\u00eb besimit ortodoks, p\u00ebrqindje kjo q\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet natyrsh\u00ebm me raportin musliman\u00eb &#8211; t\u00eb krishter\u00eb n\u00eb Elbasan. Prandaj kjo dat\u00eb q\u00eb ne p\u00ebrkujtojm\u00eb sot, ka vlera jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr historin\u00eb ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, por edhe p\u00ebr faktin se ne elbasanasve, musliman\u00eb e t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, na b\u00ebn krenar\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prof. Dr. Roland Gjini Pergjegjes i Qendres se studimeve Albanologjike dhe Ballkanologjike.
