Sipas nj\u00eb projektligji t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme n\u00eb Berlin, azilk\u00ebrkuesit e refuzuar, por q\u00eb jan\u00eb integruar nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen n\u00eb Gjermani, raporton revista gjermane \u201cDer Spiegel\u201d. <\/p>\n
N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb qeveria do t\u00eb d\u00ebboj\u00eb m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarit p\u00ebr vepra penale.
\nMinistrja e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme, Nancy Faeser (SPD) k\u00ebrkon ta paraqes\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt projektligjin e quajtur \u201cshans p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi\u201d, thuhet edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb njoftim t\u00eb agjencis\u00eb KNA.
\nMe k\u00ebt\u00eb migrant\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb prej pes\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh apo m\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani me lejen \u201cDuldung\u201d (pezullim i p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm i d\u00ebbimit t\u00eb personave pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi) \u2013\u00a0 do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb legalisht gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani.
