Auel Zarka, n\u00eb deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebr shtyp, nga Drejtoria Vendore e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje, <\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb dat\u00eb 08.05.2023, Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb ka regjistruar procedimin penal nr. 489, mbi baz\u00ebn e referimit t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Drejtoria Vendore e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKorrupsioni aktiv n\u00eb zgjedhje\u201d.  <\/p>\n<p>Nga aktet e administruara deri m\u00eb tani n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb hetimit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb procedim penal, nga strukturat hetimore t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb jan\u00eb referuar n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, informacione n\u00eb lidhje me disa shtetas t\u00eb dyshuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e kund\u00ebrligjshme t\u00eb shit-blerjes s\u00eb vot\u00ebs, p\u00ebr zgjedhjet vendore t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 14 maj 2023, n\u00eb qytetin e Himar\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb fshatrat q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e bashkis\u00eb Himar\u00eb, duke iu ofruar qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, shuma t\u00eb caktuara parash kundrejt dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb vot\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb nga kandidat\u00ebt konkurues. <\/p>\n<p>Pas regjistrimit t\u00eb procedimit penal, nga ana e prokurorit \u00ebsht\u00eb autorizuar kryerja e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb veprimesh procedurale n\u00eb terren, me an\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb metodave speciale t\u00eb hetimit, me q\u00ebllim konstatimin e faktit penal p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar ky procedim penal. <\/p>\n<p>Pas kryerjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb veprimesh nga strukturat e Drejtoris\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Drejtorin\u00eb e Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me Operacionale n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, n\u00eb drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb faktet e mbledhura gjat\u00eb hetimit dhe n\u00eb provat e siguruara n\u00eb dinamik\u00eb, me an\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb metodave speciale t\u00eb hetimit, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit policor t\u00eb koduar &#8220;Matrix&#8221;, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasve:      <\/p>\n<p>Dh. B. alias A. B., 51 vje\u00e7, dhe P.
