N., 24 vje\u00e7, me detyr\u00eb Trup\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb C\u00ebrrik. 24-vje\u00e7ari u arrestua nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVjedhja e kryer duke shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn\u201d. Arrestimi i tij u b\u00eb nga AMP.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, Drejtori i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit ka miratuar menj\u00ebher\u00eb pezullimin nga detyra, t\u00eb 2 punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, shtetasve E. H. dhe R. M., punonj\u00ebs policie t\u00eb Patrull\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme, n\u00eb Komisariatin e Elbasanit dhe n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb rregullores s\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, Drejtoria e Standardeve Profesionale n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Shtetit, ka nisur hetimin disiplinor ndaj tyre, p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb disiplinore. Procedimi disiplinor ka nisur krahas procedimit penal t\u00eb nisur nga Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Elbasan.<\/p>\n<p>Nga veprimet hetimore ka rezultuar se shtetasi E. H. \u00ebsht\u00eb konfliktuar p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, me shtetasin R. M., 23 vje\u00e7 (punonj\u00ebs policie, n\u00eb Komisariatin e Elbasanit), gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb dy kan\u00eb qen\u00eb jasht\u00eb orarit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit. <\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb konfliktit, shtetasi R. M., n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me 2 shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ende t\u00eb paidentifikuar, ka goditur me send t\u00eb fort\u00eb, shtetasin E. H., i cili ka marr\u00eb mjekim n\u00eb spitalin e Elbasanit dhe aktualisht ndodhet jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn.   <\/p>\n<p>Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Elbasan, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Agjencin\u00eb e Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore, po kryen hetimet e m\u00ebtejshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim.    <\/p>\n<p>Policia e Shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb e vendosur p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos toleruar asnj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs policie q\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoron detyr\u00ebn dhe besimin e qytetar\u00ebve, apo q\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00eb c\u00ebnues i ligjit.
