L., 21 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Kull\u00eb, Durr\u00ebs, si dhe u referuan materialet e nisi procedimi n\u00eb gj\u00ebndje t\u00eb lire p\u00ebr shtetasin F. L., 21 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Kull\u00eb, Durr\u00ebs, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb kontrolleve t\u00eb ushtruara n\u00eb automjetin q\u00eb drejtohej nga shtetasi R. L. dhe kishte pasagjer shtetasin F. L., si dhe n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit R.
