{"id":29299,"date":"2022-11-19T09:53:55","date_gmt":"2022-11-19T09:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neutrale.al\/?p=29299"},"modified":"2022-11-19T09:53:55","modified_gmt":"2022-11-19T09:53:55","slug":"prof-albano-zhapaj-dy-probleme-te-rendesishme-sociale-qe-has-arsimi-i-sotem-shqiptar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neutrale.al\/index.php\/2022\/11\/19\/prof-albano-zhapaj-dy-probleme-te-rendesishme-sociale-qe-has-arsimi-i-sotem-shqiptar\/","title":{"rendered":"Prof. Albano Zhapaj\/ Dy probleme t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme sociale q\u00eb has arsimi i sot\u00ebm shqiptar!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Problemet e sotme t\u00eb arsimit shqiptar do t\u00eb ishte e pamundur ti p\u00ebrshkruaje me detaje n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, por gjithsesi n\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm mund t\u00eb identifikojm\u00eb dy problematika t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, pa t\u00eb cilat produkti arsimor do t\u00eb ishte i pamjaftuesh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb i cunguar.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, sistemi nuk arrin t\u00eb leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb apo t\u00eb afroj\u00eb distanc\u00ebn e pamat\u00eb midis  k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs dhe ofert\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs, dhe kjo duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb prioritet n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku p\u00ebrqindja e t\u00eb rinjve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs nga 15 vje\u00e7 deri n\u00eb 30 vje\u00e7, q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb, vazhdon t\u00eb rritet me ritme t\u00eb shpejta. Sistemi prodhon akoma vet\u00ebm profesione q\u00eb duhen p\u00ebr vendin e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb shtet.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti, gjendja e sh\u00ebrbimit arsimor n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi (publik apo privat) nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb prova t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket mobilitetit social, dmth mund\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb student shqiptar t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb studimet q\u00eb i kan\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr evropian, apo edhe anasjelltas, pra q\u00eb nj\u00eb student i huaj t\u00eb vij\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb k\u00ebtu studimet e filluara n\u00eb vendin e tij t\u00eb origjin\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Mobiliteti i student\u00ebve, si nj\u00eb parimet baz\u00eb t\u00eb Bolonj\u00ebs, do t\u00eb ndihmonte q\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj ta gjenin veten, p\u00ebr zgjedhje dhe merit\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohen n\u00eb kompani t\u00eb huaja, apo shum\u00ebkomb\u00ebshe. Mungon nj\u00eb vizion i qart\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb strategji p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sot, kufizimi kryesor i sistemit arsimor q\u00ebndron n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblyer financiarisht merit\u00ebn n\u00eb nivel individual t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sens, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur ekselenc\u00ebn indivuduale n\u00eb nivel shkolle, t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit.
