{"id":26568,"date":"2022-11-03T16:09:02","date_gmt":"2022-11-03T16:09:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neutrale.al\/?p=26568"},"modified":"2022-11-03T16:09:02","modified_gmt":"2022-11-03T16:09:02","slug":"albano-zhapaj-pedagoget-dhe-kerkuesit-shkencor-kolona-mbajtese-e-universitetit-elitarizimi-partiak-i-tij-rrenim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neutrale.al\/index.php\/2022\/11\/03\/albano-zhapaj-pedagoget-dhe-kerkuesit-shkencor-kolona-mbajtese-e-universitetit-elitarizimi-partiak-i-tij-rrenim\/","title":{"rendered":"Albano Zhapaj\/ Pedagog\u00ebt dhe k\u00ebrkuesit shkencor, kolona mbajt\u00ebse e Universitetit; Elitarizimi partiak i tij, rr\u00ebnim!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prania n\u00eb drejtimin e politikave t\u00eb arsimit e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb paaft\u00eb, t\u00eb korruptuar, arrogant\u00eb dhe qelepirxhinj, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb arsimi i lart\u00eb sot, t\u00eb ket\u00eb mbetur peng midis \u201creforme cil\u00ebsore\u201d t\u00eb trumbetuar dhe pamjes trishtuese reale.<\/p>\n<p>Universiteti sot gjendet n\u00ebn kthetrat e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb qeverisjes aktuale, interesave t\u00eb grupimeve t\u00eb ndryshme \u201cintelektuale\u201d, si dhe oligark\u00ebve t\u00eb veshur me \u201cpetk akademik\u201d q\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb akademike e kan\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me marketingun ekonomik t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si mund t\u00eb ringrihet sistemi i arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Si hallk\u00eb e par\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, pas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs nj\u00eb qeveri do t`i duhej t\u00eb kapej sa m\u00eb fort, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me p\u00ebrgatitjen e personelit akademik, si ekzistues ashtu dhe t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm. <\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb realisht po ndodh n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb publik \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebnia pas dore e personelit akademik t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm dhe rekrutimi i personelit t\u00eb ri akademik nga radh\u00ebt militanteske t\u00eb partis\u00eb pushtet, t\u00eb doktoruar n\u00eb t\u00eb vetmet shkolla aktuale t\u00eb doktorat\u00ebs, n\u00eb ato private.<\/p>\n<p>Si hallk\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb duhej punuar q\u00eb procesi i ringritjes s\u00eb universiteve, t\u00eb mos bazohej vet\u00ebm n\u00eb strukturat drejtuese t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, por t\u00eb fillonte n\u00eb institutet dhe qendrat k\u00ebrkimore t\u00eb universiteteve, pra n\u00eb baz\u00eb; n\u00eb fakultete e departamente, n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e pedagog\u00ebve n\u00eb auditor, n\u00eb mbar\u00ebvajtjen e dijes, k\u00ebrkimit dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve pedagog-student. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnia dhe vler\u00ebsimi n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb fatit, galopon paaft\u00ebsia e mbrojtur nga lart, mitmarrja dhe posht\u00ebrimi i figur\u00ebs s\u00eb studentit. Kjo n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb publik, pasi n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb arsimit privat fjala student ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me fjal\u00ebn klient.<\/p>\n<p>Si hallk\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb, reforma n\u00eb arsim ka mbetur n\u00eb klas\u00eb, pasi ka munguar nj\u00eb diskutim i gjer\u00eb i synimeve q\u00eb duhen p\u00ebrcaktuar dhe arritur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 30 vitet e ardhshme, n\u00ebn drit\u00ebn e orientimeve dhe eksperienc\u00ebs q\u00eb na vjen nga hap\u00ebsira evropiane e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe politikave shtetare t\u00eb vendeve per\u00ebndimore. <\/p>\n<p>Shpikjet dhe gjetjet afatshkurtra kryeministrore, jo n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me direktivat per\u00ebndimore, jan\u00eb thjesht dhe vet\u00ebm objekt tjet\u00ebrsimi dhe p\u00ebrfitimi i t\u00eb ardhurave q\u00eb shpenzon shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb p\u00ebr arsimin e lart\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka njeri t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm e t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, sot, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb kuptuar tjet\u00ebrsimin e q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, nga ana e qeveris\u00eb, pra; nga q\u00ebllime akademike e zhvillimi n\u00eb q\u00eblllime p\u00ebrfitimesh klanore.<\/p>\n<p>Kush duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb aktor\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb reform\u00ebs n\u00eb arsim?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb praktik\u00ebn e vendeve per\u00ebndimore kur flitet p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e reformave n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit,  vendimtare nuk jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb thuhen n\u00eb qarqet qeveritare, as ato q\u00eb thuhen nga drejtuesit e universiteteve, por jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb thuhen nga trupat pedagogjike e akademike. <\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb struktur\u00ebn dhe ecurin\u00eb e proceseve e t\u00eb praktikave akademike e m\u00ebsimore p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb student\u00ebve e p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mbar\u00ebvajtje sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb strukturave akademike e m\u00ebsimore. <\/p>\n<p>Mjafton p\u00ebrvoja dhe shembujt q\u00eb na vijn\u00eb nga bota akademike per\u00ebndimore, p\u00ebr kuptuar se sa mbrapsht \u00ebsht\u00eb vepruar k\u00ebtu tek ne me arsimin e lart\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Sot po kuptohet qartazi sesi po funksionon standardi (pusht)et\u00ebror p\u00ebr universitetet; ai dikton kushte,  pun\u00ebson pedagog oborri, paaft\u00ebsia e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tashm\u00eb penges\u00eb serioze p\u00ebr dijen dhe k\u00ebrkimin.<\/p>\n<p>Konceptimi politik q\u00eb i b\u00ebhet sot arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, ka \u00e7uar drejt nj\u00eb menaxhimi t\u00eb tij q\u00eb dita dit\u00ebs po ngushton hap\u00ebsirat arsimore dhe po err\u00ebson q\u00ebllimet, po p\u00ebrcakton t\u00eb tilla masa, q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb harmoni me k\u00ebrkesat e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb gjer\u00eb arsimore dhe t\u00eb synimeve pedagogjike t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Menaxhimi dhe synimet akademike e shkencore n\u00eb institucionet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb injektohen s\u00eb jashtmi, e aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nga t\u00eb paaft\u00eb dhe t\u00eb korruptuar, pasi k\u00ebshtu dob\u00ebsohen shtyllat mbajt\u00ebse t\u00eb nj\u00eb universiteti. <\/p>\n<p>Elitarizimi partiak i arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet rekrutimit t\u00eb militant\u00ebve, kontrolli pa kufi i universiteteve, si dhe burokratizimi i tejskajsh\u00ebm i proceseve, na kan\u00eb \u00e7uar drejt rr\u00ebnimit t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe shnd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb arsim t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, aq sa nuk konkurron dot as veten.<\/p>\n<p>Universitetin e b\u00ebjn\u00eb pedagog\u00ebt, jo qeveria!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prania n\u00eb drejtimin e politikave t\u00eb arsimit e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb paaft\u00eb, t\u00eb korruptuar, arrogant\u00eb dhe qelepirxhinj, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb arsimi i lart\u00eb sot, t\u00eb ket\u00eb mbetur peng midis \u201creforme cil\u00ebsore\u201d t\u00eb trumbetuar dhe pamjes trishtuese reale.
