N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb perudh\u00eb Komandant i Marin\u00ebs Ushtarake Mbret\u00ebrore ishte kapiten i rangut t\u00eb tret\u00eb Giuseppe Prelli.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 19 n\u00ebntor 1929 gazeta hollandeze \u201cHet  Vaderland\u201d shkruante se Mbret\u00ebria Shqiptare kishte porositur tek Ansaldo Yard i Genov\u00ebs (Itali) nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb kryq\u00ebzori t\u00eb leht\u00eb 6000 ton\u00ebsh, p\u00ebr stervitje, tregimin e flamurit dhe detyra mbrojt\u00ebse.  N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb personeli i Marin\u00ebs Ushtarake Mbret\u00ebrore ishte rreth 100 vet\u00eb, por ishte parashikuar t\u00eb rritjen numri p\u00ebrderisa ekujpazhi i kryq\u00ebzorit ishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 300 personel.  Kryq\u00ebzori ishte parashikuar t\u00eb bazohej n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.  Lajmi p\u00ebr porositjen e nj\u00eb kryq\u00ebzori n\u00eb Itali nga Mbret\u00ebria Shqiptare n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb e kan\u00eb raportuar edhe Gazeta britanike \u201cthe Observer\u201d si dhe Gazeta \u201cVullneti\u201d Nr. 14 e dats 1 janar 1930.  Nuk ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna n\u00ebse v\u00ebrtet u b\u00eb porosia dhe blerrja e kryq\u00ebzorit duket m\u00eb shum\u00eb si nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn midis dy luftrave Ansaldo Yard i Genov\u00ebs ka q\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga kantieret m\u00eb aktive n\u00eb Itali.  Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar n \u00eb vitin 1853 dhe ka pushuar aktivitetin n\u00eb vitin 1993 duke u thithur nga Fincantieri.
