Objektet q\u00eb deri dje ishin jasht\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit, apo t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara nga koha, i kemi kthyer n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit ndaj komunitetit, por me nj\u00eb qasje krejt tjet\u00ebr, ku brenda nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsire jan\u00eb t\u00eb inkuadruara disa sh\u00ebrbime. K\u00ebshtu leht\u00ebsojm\u00eb aksesin p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt por edhe rrisim mundesit\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe rinin\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebto zona t\u00eb ken\u00eb hap\u00ebsira gjithp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse. <\/p>\n
