A ka ai lidhje me cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2020, aksidentet rrugore n\u00eb vendet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb mor\u00ebn rreth 18,800 jet\u00eb dhe lan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysm\u00eb milioni njer\u00ebz t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar. Kjo mund t\u00eb vihet re nga r\u00ebnia e numrit t\u00eb aksidenteve q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebndime ose vdekje nga viti 2010 n\u00eb vitin 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Vende si Norvegjia, p\u00ebr shembull, kan\u00eb reduktuar numrin e aksidenteve fatale me 46 p\u00ebr qind n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e fundit, nga 43 n\u00eb vitin 2010, n\u00eb vet\u00ebm 18 n\u00eb vitin 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Italia gjithashtu ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrparim t\u00eb mir\u00eb, duke e ulur numrin me 44 p\u00ebr qind, nga 70 aksidente q\u00eb rezultuan me l\u00ebndime ose vdekje, n\u00eb 40 t\u00eb tilla.
