Mali i Zi m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti prodhon energji elektrike nga era. Bosnja dhe Hercegovina \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja q\u00eb ka energji elektrike edhe p\u00ebr eksport.<\/p>\n<p>Situata me prodhimin e energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut \u00ebsht\u00eb e zymt\u00eb, si p\u00ebr nga kuptimi themelor i fjal\u00ebs, ashtu edhe n\u00eb kuptimin figurativ. Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb nuk prodhohet mjaftuesh\u00ebm rrym\u00eb, ndaj vendi blen nga jasht\u00eb me \u00e7mime shum\u00eb t\u00eb larta. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e energjis\u00eb elektrike, e cila prodhohet n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut \u00ebsht\u00eb nga qymyri, i cili ndot mjedisin.<\/p>\n<p>Maqedonia e Veriut, vendi m\u00eb i varur nga importi i energjis\u00eb elektrike<\/p>\n<p>Me prodhimin e energjis\u00eb elektrike nuk mund t\u00eb mburret as Kosova. Edhe ky shtet nuk prodhon mjaftuesh\u00ebm rrym\u00eb. Madje, edhe at\u00eb sasi rryme q\u00eb prodhon, \u00ebsht\u00eb nga qymyri, n\u00eb termocentrale q\u00eb jan\u00eb ndot\u00ebs t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb mjedisit.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia, Shqip\u00ebria dhe Mali i Zi jan\u00eb pothuajse n\u00eb zero. Ata prodhojn\u00eb aq sa konsumojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Bosnja dhe Hercegovina \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi vend n\u00eb rajon q\u00eb ka energji p\u00ebr eksport.<br \/>\nE gjith\u00eb energjia elektrike q\u00eb e prodhon Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nga burimet e rinovueshme t\u00eb energjis\u00eb, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga hidrocentralet.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi 90 p\u00ebr qind e energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb prodhohet nga qymyri.<\/p>\n<p>Mali i Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb lider absolut n\u00eb rajon p\u00ebr prodhimin e energjis\u00eb nga era. Pothuajse 9 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike e prodhon nga centralet me er\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia prodhon m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti, por edhe konsumon m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria konsumon m\u00eb s\u00eb paku energji elektrike p\u00ebr banor, nd\u00ebrsa Mali i Zi m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti.<\/p>\n<p>Prodhimi i energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb centralet diellore n\u00eb rajon \u00ebsht\u00eb i pap\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm.<br \/>\nI gjith\u00eb rajoni n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i varur nga qymyri p\u00ebr prodhimin e energjis\u00eb elektrike.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha vendet eksportojn\u00eb kur kan\u00eb teprica dhe importojn\u00eb kur ju duhet, por Maqedonia e Veriut \u00ebsht\u00eb importuesi m\u00eb i madh i energjis\u00eb elektrike.<\/p>\n<p>Maqedonia e Veriut, me 1.8 milion banor\u00eb, importon nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn e energjis\u00eb elektrike q\u00eb i nevojitet, tregojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Komisionit Rregullator p\u00ebr Energjetik\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 2021, n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut jan\u00eb konsumuar 7.906 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike, nd\u00ebrsa jan\u00eb prodhuar 5.285 gigavat or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prodhuesi m\u00eb i madh \u00ebsht\u00eb termocentrali REK Manastir, i cili s\u00eb bashku me termocentralin Osllomej prodhoi 2.078 gigavat or\u00eb. Q\u00eb t\u00eb dy, energjin\u00eb elektrike e prodhojn\u00eb nga qymyri.<br \/>\nM\u00eb pas radhitet prodhuesi privat TE-TO me 1.503 gigavat or\u00eb. Centrali i kombinuar i gjenerimit prodhon energji termike p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Shkupit dhe energji elektrike nga gazi natyror.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb hidrocentrale, shtet\u00ebrore dhe private, jan\u00eb prodhuar 1.454 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike. Nga dhjetori i vitit t\u00eb kaluar \u00ebsht\u00eb ky\u00e7ur edhe TEC Negotina, e cila prodhon rrym\u00eb nga mazuti. M\u00eb pak se dy p\u00ebr qind e energjis\u00eb elektrike prodhohet nga era, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pak se 1 p\u00ebr qind nga panelet diellore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut ka nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb ndjeshme n\u00ebn 22 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb prodhimit vendor t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e fundit, respektivisht nga 6.744 gigavat or\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2010 n\u00eb 5.284 gigavat or\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2021. Prodhimi i energjis\u00eb elektrike nga SHA EEM, n\u00eb vitin 2021, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjysmuar n\u00eb raport me vitin 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Shkaqet e r\u00ebnies jan\u00eb defektet dhe nd\u00ebrprerjet e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb REK Manastir, zvog\u00eblimi i g\u00ebrmimit n\u00eb miniera dhe cil\u00ebsia m\u00eb e dob\u00ebt e th\u00ebngjillit, afrimi i fundit t\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb termocentraleve dhe investimet joadekuate, thuhet n\u00eb raportin e Komisionit Rregullator p\u00ebr Energjetik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrocentralet prodhojn\u00eb energji elektrike var\u00ebsisht nga sasia e ujit. Prodhimi n\u00eb vitet me that\u00ebsir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb drastike m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt. N\u00eb vitin 2010, p\u00ebr shembull, prodhimi ka qen\u00eb 2.200 gigavat or\u00eb maksimale, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 2017 jan\u00eb prodhuar vet\u00ebm 816 gigavat or\u00eb minimale, pra nj\u00eb diferenc\u00eb prej 2.5 her\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar munges\u00ebn e energjis\u00eb elektrike dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar funksionimin e qet\u00eb t\u00eb termocentraleve Manastir dhe Osllomej, Qeveria blen th\u00ebngjill nga jasht\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa furnizon mazut p\u00ebr funksionimin e TEC Negotin\u00eb, i cili ishte mbyllur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb. Me \u00e7mimet aktuale t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike, edhe prodhimi i energjis\u00eb elektrike nga mazuti b\u00ebhet ekonomikisht i justifikuar.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria &#8211; t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht me energji t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria, me 2.8 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi vend n\u00eb rajon q\u00eb prodhon t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht energji t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr. I gjith\u00eb prodhimi vjen nga burime t\u00eb rinovueshme, shumica nga hidrocentrale t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi n\u00eb rast t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00eb hidrocentrale \u00ebsht\u00eb se prodhimi varet nga sasia e ujit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion. N\u00eb vitet me that\u00ebsira m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, Shqip\u00ebria nuk arrin t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb nevojat e saj, por n\u00eb vitet e mira hidrologjike ka edhe p\u00ebr eksport.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga Enti p\u00ebr Statistika i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin e kaluar ky vend ishte eksportues i energjis\u00eb elektrike. Jan\u00eb prodhuar 8.962 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike, nd\u00ebrsa konsumi ishte 8.414 gigavat or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Burimet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha energjetike jan\u00eb kataraktet e lumit Drin n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, respektivisht hidrocentralet e Komanit, Fierz\u00ebs dhe ai i Vaut t\u00eb Dej\u00ebs. Vet\u00ebm k\u00ebto tri hidrocentrale t\u00eb m\u00ebdha prodhojn\u00eb mbi 4.000 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike n\u00eb vit, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tre her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se t\u00eb gjitha hidrocentralet n\u00eb Maqedoni s\u00eb bashku.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi q\u00ebndron n\u00eb at\u00eb se prodhimi ndryshon shum\u00eb nga viti n\u00eb vit, var\u00ebsisht nga kushtet hidrologjike. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb Shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Prodhimit t\u00eb Energjis\u00eb Elektrike KESH, n\u00eb vitin 2010 k\u00ebto tri termocentrale kan\u00eb prodhuar mbi 7.000 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike, por p\u00ebr shembull n\u00eb vitin 2017 kan\u00eb prodhuar rreth 3.000 gigavat or\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse 2.5 her\u00eb m\u00eb pak se maksimumi.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria ka edhe nj\u00eb termocentral prej 97 megavatesh n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, por ka probleme dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb funksion. Ai termocentral \u00ebsht\u00eb me naft\u00eb, por mund t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb edhe me gaz.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar munges\u00ebn e energjis\u00eb elektrike, Qeveria shqiptare ka marr\u00eb me qira dy termocentrale q\u00eb do t\u00eb ankorohen n\u00eb detin Jon pran\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs dhe do t\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb energji elektrike nga nafta. Qeveria shpreson q\u00eb n\u00eb funksion do t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe termocentrali i Vlor\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia pothuajse n\u00eb zero, prodhimi m\u00eb i madh nga qymyri<\/p>\n<p>Serbia, me rreth 7 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb rajon. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb prodhuesi m\u00eb i madh dhe konsumatori m\u00eb i madh i energjis\u00eb elektrike. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb serbe t\u00eb Energjetik\u00ebs, vitin e kaluar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend jan\u00eb prodhuar 35.656 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike, nd\u00ebrsa konsumi ka qen\u00eb vet\u00ebm pak m\u00eb i lart\u00eb se prodhimi. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit tregojn\u00eb se Serbia prodhon shum\u00eb af\u00ebr nevojave t\u00eb saj. Ndonj\u00eb vit pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb pak m\u00eb pak.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi 60 p\u00ebr qind e energjis\u00eb elektrike prodhohet n\u00eb termocentralet me qymyr, rreth 34 p\u00ebr qind nga hidrocentralet dhe tre p\u00ebr qind nga centralet me er\u00eb. Pjesa tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb nga centralet e kombinuara me mazut ose gaz, si dhe nga termocentrale m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla me l\u00ebnd\u00eb tjera djeg\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Prodhuesi m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb vend \u00ebsht\u00eb kompleksi i termocentralit Nikola Tesla af\u00ebr Beogradit. Kompleksi p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga kat\u00ebr termocentrale me 14 blloqe me kapacitet t\u00eb instaluar prej mbi 3.400 megavatesh. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr prodhuesin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore, me nj\u00eb prodhim vjetor mbi 16 mij\u00eb gigavat or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrocentralet Gjerdap I dhe Gjerdap II, n\u00eb lumin Danub, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb kufirin nd\u00ebrmjet Serbis\u00eb dhe Rumanis\u00eb, prodhojn\u00eb mbi 7.000 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike n\u00eb vit. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se vet\u00ebm pjesa serbe e k\u00ebtyre hidrocentraleve prodhon m\u00eb shum\u00eb energji elektrike sesa t\u00eb gjitha kapacitetet energjetike n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut s\u00eb bashku.<\/p>\n<p>Mali i Zi, lider n\u00eb prodhimin e energjis\u00eb nga era<\/p>\n<p>Vitin e kaluar, Mali i Zi prodhoi energji elektrike p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar nevojat e veta, madje pak edhe p\u00ebr eksport. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb statistikave, vitin e kaluar jan\u00eb prodhuar 3.776 gigavat energji elektrike p\u00ebr or\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa konsumi ka qen\u00eb 3.606 gigavat or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi 60 p\u00ebr qind e energjis\u00eb elektrike n\u00eb vendin m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb rajonit, me rreth 620 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb, prodhohet nga burime t\u00eb rinovueshme, kryesisht nga hidrocentrale t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl nga turbinat me er\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb prodhim marrin pjes\u00eb me 8,5 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n<p>Objektet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha energjetike n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi jan\u00eb termocentrali i Plav\u00ebs n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit, af\u00ebr kufirit me Kosov\u00ebn dhe hidrocentrali i Peru\u00e7ic\u00ebs af\u00ebr Nikshiqit n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn qendrore t\u00eb vendit. Vet\u00ebm ky hidrocentral prodhon energji elektrike, pothuajse aq sa t\u00eb gjitha hidrocentralet n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut.<\/p>\n<p>Bosnja dhe Hercegovina prodhon energji edhe p\u00ebr eksport<\/p>\n<p>Bosnja dhe Hercegovina \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi vend n\u00eb rajon q\u00eb prodhon shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr energji elektrike sesa i nevojitet. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Komisionit Rregullator t\u00eb Energjetik\u00ebs atje, ky vend, me gati 3.3 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, vitin e kaluar ka prodhuar mbi 17 mij\u00eb gigavat n\u00eb or\u00eb energji elektrike, nd\u00ebrsa konsumi ka qen\u00eb mbi 12 mij\u00eb gigavat or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi 57 p\u00ebr qind e energjis\u00eb elektrike prodhohet nga qymyri. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat tregojn\u00eb se mbi 9.800 gigavat or\u00eb prodhohen n\u00eb termocentralet me qymyr, nd\u00ebrsa mbi 6.300 gigavat or\u00eb jan\u00eb nga hidrocentralet. Pjesa tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb nga centralet me er\u00eb, centralet diellore dhe hidrocentralet e vogla.<\/p>\n<p>Bosnja ka pes\u00eb termocentrale t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me qymyr. M\u00eb i madhi, n\u00eb Tuz\u00ebl, prodhon mbi 3.100 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike n\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n<p>Bosnja ka edhe rreth 15 hidrocentrale t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, nd\u00ebr to m\u00eb i madhi \u00ebsht\u00eb Vishegradi n\u00eb lumin Drina, i cili prodhon rreth 1.000 gigavat or\u00eb n\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova pothuajse gjith\u00eb energjin\u00eb elektrike e prodhon nga qymyri<\/p>\n<p>Mbi 93 p\u00ebr qind e energjis\u00eb elektrike t\u00eb prodhuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb vjen nga qymyri n\u00eb termocentralet Kosova A dhe B, pran\u00eb kryeqytetit Prishtina.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Komisionit Rregullator t\u00eb Energjis\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, vendi me 1.8 milion banor\u00eb vitin e kaluar ka prodhuar mbi 6.200 gigavat or\u00eb energji elektrike dhe ka konsumuar gati 6.900 gigavat or\u00eb, pra gati 10 p\u00ebr qind e energjis\u00eb elektrike \u00ebsht\u00eb importuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova ka potencial modest hidroenergjetik dhe vitet e fundit ka investuar n\u00eb centrale me er\u00eb dhe diell.
