Nj\u00eb ndarje territoriale kryek\u00ebput e bazuar n\u00eb d\u00ebshira partiake dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim flagrant me kriteret e p\u00ebrcaktuara nga Kongresi i Autoriteteve Rajonale t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb hapur me interesat e qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Por kjo reform\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtim i madh, gjithashtu sepse ishte presupozuar q\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00ebsonte barr\u00ebn e administrat\u00ebs mbi qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Rrog\u00ebtar\u00ebt q\u00eb k\u00ebta qytetar\u00eb paguajn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00ebsi vendor\u00eb.<\/p>\n
E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se nga 420 bashki e komuna, sot n\u00eb 61 nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb qeverisjes vendore, personeli, punonj\u00ebsit q\u00eb paguhen n\u00eb k\u00ebto 61 nj\u00ebsi jan\u00eb mbi 50 p\u00ebrqind m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa nga ata q\u00eb paguheshin n\u00eb 420 nj\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n
