Nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb procese legalizimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebto objekte. Konfiskim, e drejt\u00eb parablerje nga pronari, ose dhurim ndaj shtetit, jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmet opsione.
