N\u00eb artikullin e tij n\u00eb revist\u00ebn \u201cEmphasis\u201d t\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Demokracis\u00eb K. Karamanlis n\u00eb janar 2008, profesori I. Arvanitopoulos raportoi t\u00eb dh\u00ebna zyrtare sipas t\u00eb cilave emigrant\u00ebt e huaj n\u00eb Greqi: <\/p>\n
– Ato prodhojn\u00eb 2.6% t\u00eb Prodhimit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm Bruto.
\n– Ata p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb 10.4% t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin.
\n– P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb 10% t\u00eb t\u00eb siguruarve n\u00eb IKA.
\n– Deponojn\u00eb kontribute prej 887 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit n\u00eb IKA.
\n– 86.6% jan\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb zonat urbane.
\n– 44 689 jan\u00eb t\u00eb siguruar n\u00eb OGA dhe nga k\u00ebta 35 318 jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.
\n– Shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb 350 mij\u00eb personave t\u00eb siguruar t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb IKA.
\n– Kan\u00eb pak barr\u00eb p\u00ebr kujdesin mjek\u00ebsor t\u00eb IKA-s\u00eb dhe OGA-s\u00eb, sepse jan\u00eb t\u00eb rinj dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm.
\n– 70% e t\u00eb shtruarve n\u00eb spitale jan\u00eb gra t\u00eb gatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb lindur. Normalisht kushdo i lindur n\u00eb Greqi \u00ebsht\u00eb shtetas grek nga lindja \u2013 por, megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebrjashtohen f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb huaj.
\nS\u00eb fundi, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit shtojn\u00eb se:
\n– Shqiptar\u00ebt llogariten rreth 450 mij\u00eb.
\n– Rreth 20.000 shqiptar\u00eb themeluan bizneset e tyre bujq\u00ebsore, teknike, tregtare e t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Greqi ku u b\u00ebn\u00eb bos\u00ebt edhe t\u00eb grek\u00ebve.
\n– N\u00eb vitin 2005, n\u00eb TEBE\/OAEE ishin t\u00eb siguruar 13,725 profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb huaj t\u00eb pavarur, nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt 4,697 ishin shqiptar\u00eb (34,2% e totalit).
\n– 100.000 emigrant\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, me shumic\u00eb d\u00ebrrmuese shqiptare, kan\u00eb bler\u00eb nj\u00eb vendbanim n\u00eb Greqi.
\nP\u00ebrllogaritja e t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme t\u00eb disponueshme t\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e sigurt se emigrant\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb:
\n\uf06e 40% e totalit t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb Greqi.
\n\uf06e Seksioni m\u00eb i legjitimuar dhe praktikisht i integruar i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb huajve.
\n\uf06e Grupi pakrahasuesh\u00ebm m\u00eb produktiv i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve.
\n\uf06e Dhuruesi vendimtar i gjakut i IKA.
\n\uf06e Pjesa d\u00ebrrmuese e t\u00eb huajve t\u00eb siguruar n\u00eb OGA dhe TEBE\/OAEE.
\n\uf06e E vetmja mb\u00ebshtetje prodhuese e listuar e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb Greke.
\n\uf06e Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe pakrahasuesh\u00ebm m\u00eb t\u00eb huaj t\u00eb shkollave tona. <\/p>\n
T\u00eb gjitha provat zyrtare t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakund\u00ebrshtueshme se emigrant\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb aleati strategjik m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i Greqis\u00eb, ku n\u00eb fakt jan\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb vendosen p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb dhe t\u00eb integrohen plot\u00ebsisht.
\nAta jan\u00eb gjithashtu gjinia e vetme farefisnore e helenizmit me osmoz\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar t\u00eb vazhdueshme n\u00eb Kombin Grek prej shekujsh. <\/p>\n
Greqia po lufton me guxim p\u00ebr t’u v\u00ebrtetuar me veprime emigrant\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, dashamir\u00ebve dhe dhuruesve t\u00eb gjakut se \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet “armiku” i tyre. As armiku m\u00eb i keq i helenizmit nuk mundi t\u00eb arrinte kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjen midis grek\u00ebve dhe shqiptar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 16 vjet rresht organet e shtetit grek p\u00ebrpiqen ta arrijn\u00eb!
\nAta i trajtojn\u00eb emigrant\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb me brutalitet posht\u00ebrues, korrupsion t\u00eb thell\u00eb, grabitje t\u00eb pangopur dhe lakmi arrogante. Kjo koler\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb endemike kudo ku shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb takojn\u00eb shtetin grek, sh\u00ebrbimet publike dhe policin\u00eb, konsullatat dhe pikat kufitare greke n\u00eb pikat e autoritetit.
