SHQIP\u00cbRIA i k\u00ebrkoi zyrtarisht Asambles\u00eb Parlamentare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs t\u00eb rishikoj\u00eb Rezolut\u00ebn 1782 (2011) dhe t\u00eb shpallen t\u00eb pabazuara akuzat p\u00ebr trafikim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb organeve njer\u00ebzore gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs! N\u00eb drit\u00ebn e zhvillimeve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dekade, fakteve, provave dhe informacioneve t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuara, sikurse edhe fal\u00eb angazhimit, gatishm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs dhe vendosjes s\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, raporti fam\u00ebkeq i Dick Marty-t nuk mund t\u00eb g\u00ebzoj\u00eb m\u00eb rezolut\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse n\u00eb fuqi. <\/p>\n

Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ka p\u00ebrcolli zyrtarisht n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Evrop\u00ebs, rezolut\u00ebn “Mbi pabazueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e pretendimeve p\u00ebr trafikimin e paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb organeve njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri\u201d, miratuar unanimisht n\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb m\u00eb 21 korrik 2022. <\/p>\n

Rezoluta u \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar: <\/p>\n

1. Vendeve an\u00ebtare dhe atyre me statusin e v\u00ebzhguesit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs;
\n2. Sekretares s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs;
\n3. Komitetit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs;
\n4. Presidentit dhe zv\/president\u00ebve t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb Parlamentare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs;
\n5. Sekretares s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb Parlamentare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs;
\n6. Komitetit p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet Politike dhe Demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb Parlamentare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs;

Shqip\u00ebria i k\u00ebrkon Asambles\u00eb Parlamentare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb raport vijues (follow up report) dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb nj\u00eb rishikim thelb\u00ebsor t\u00eb Rezolut\u00ebs 1782 (2011). <\/p>\n

Shqip\u00ebria riafirmon vullnetin e pal\u00ebkundur p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetur \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb synon t\u00eb zbuloj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe e konsideron k\u00ebt\u00eb nis\u00ebm shprehje kuptimplot\u0113 t\u0113 k\u00ebtij vullneti. <\/p>\n
