Kapet dhe vihet n\u00eb pranga, n\u00eb fshatin Vrin\u00eb, nj\u00eb shtetas i shum\u00ebk\u00ebrkuar, i d\u00ebnuar me 20 vjet burgim, p\u00ebr vrasjen e nj\u00eb shtetasi, n\u00eb vitin 1998.<\/p>\n
Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, pas marrjes s\u00eb informacionit se nj\u00eb shtetas i shum\u00ebk\u00ebrkuar fshihej n\u00eb fshatin Vrin\u00eb, Sarand\u00eb, organizuan pun\u00ebn dhe pas disa dit\u00ebsh mbajtjeje n\u00ebn kontroll, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Forc\u00ebn e Posa\u00e7me \u201cShqiponja\u201d dhe strukturat e DVP Vlor\u00eb, finalizuan operacionin policor t\u00eb koduar \u201cVrina\u201d, si rezultat i t\u00eb cilit u b\u00eb kapja dhe prangosja e shtetasit:<\/p>\n

Ky shtetas ishte shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim pasi Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, me vendimin e dat\u00ebs 21.12.2000, e ka d\u00ebnuar me 20 vjet burgim, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVrasja me dashje\u201d. 62-vje\u00e7ari, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 24.11.1998, n\u00eb lagjen \u201cUji i Ftoht\u00eb\u201d, Vlor\u00eb, pas nj\u00eb konflikti p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, ka vrar\u00eb me thik\u00eb shtetasin N. N.<\/p>\n
